What is your MOQ?
Minimum order varies by variety — typically 3-10 kg for trial orders, with volume discounts at 100 kg+ and container pricing at 1+ ton. We accommodate trial orders for new distributors.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. We provide 50-100g free samples to qualified distributors and growers. Shipping cost (typically USD 30-80 via DHL) is borne by the requester.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) is standard. PayPal accepted for small trial orders under USD 1,000. L/C negotiable for container orders. 30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy.
How long is the lead time?
Stock items ship within 7-15 days after payment. Custom packaging or non-stock varieties require 30-45 days. Sea freight to Southeast Asia takes 5-15 days; Central Asia 12-18 days.
Do you help with destination-country import permits?
Yes. We provide phytosanitary certificates, fumigation certificates, and documentation support for BPI (Philippines), DOA (Thailand), IQA (Indonesia), and other national plant quarantine systems.
